Please note : T his is a freelance role that requires you to work 6 -8 hours daily between 2 PM and 11 PM IST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for AI and digital transformation products.
- Create high-quality visual designs, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes , and user flows, that reflect excellent UX practices .
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs and iterate design solutions.
- Create user-centered designs , usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop design systems, UI components, and interactive elements that enhance the overall experience.
- Ensure consistency of UI/UX patterns across multiple platforms and devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of your designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI, UI/UX, and digital transformation.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterate on designs to improve usability and aesthetics.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends , technologies, and tools, integrating best practices into your work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision .
- Solid understanding of UX principles , including user research, information architecture, and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in designing complex digital products and AI-driven applications.
- Knowledge of responsive design and ability to create designs for multiple device types.
- Experience with prototyping and creating interactive designs using tools like InVision or Axure .
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your work effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach to design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on AI/ML or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries .
