Job Title: Social Media Manager (B2C Experienced)


Location: Remote


Role Overview:


As our Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying the voice of our CEO and TestGrid across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building a brand presence, collaborating with influencers, and executing strategies that drive lead generation and engagement. If you have a knack for storytelling, influencer marketing, and brand-building, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


1. CEO Brand Building:

• Develop a strategic plan to establish and amplify our CEO’s brand on social platforms, positioning them as an industry thought leader.

• Create engaging, authentic content for the CEO’s profiles that aligns with TestGrid’s mission and values.

• Monitor and manage responses to boost engagement and cultivate a community around the CEO’s brand.


2. Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand TestGrid’s reach.

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with TestGrid’s values and brand voice.

• Track and analyze influencer campaigns to measure impact and adjust strategies as needed.


3. Increase Social Media Share of Voice:

• Implement strategies to increase TestGrid’s presence and influence across social media.

• Develop and manage social media campaigns that drive engagement, visibility, and positive brand sentiment.

• Track performance metrics and optimize content to improve share of voice.


4. Lead Generation:

• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns aimed at lead generation.

• Utilize social media platforms to engage potential clients and drive qualified leads.

• Measure and analyze campaign performance to refine and enhance lead generation efforts.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in social media management, especially within B2C brands.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, community building, and brand development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling.

• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing social media metrics.

• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
