Job Overview:


As the Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead in the area of MES and Industry 4.0, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive excellence in manufacturing operations through the adoption and optimization of MES and Industry 4.0 technologies. You will be the subject matter expert in this area and will lead a team of experts to support various production sites, providing guidance and expertise on MES and Industry 4.0 best practices, technologies, and implementations.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement strategies to drive excellence in manufacturing operations through the adoption and optimization of MES and Industry 4.0 technologies.


• Lead a team of experts in the areas of MES and Industry 4.0 to provide guidance, support and expertise to various production sites .


• Define and manage the roadmap for the development and implementation of MES and Industry 4.0 technologies. It will cover development Tools and Accelerators to support the delivery team.


• Collaborate with production teams, customer and management to identify opportunities for optimization, and streamlining of manufacturing processes .


• Develop and maintain a library of best practices, standards and guidelines for the implementation of MES and Industry 4.0 technologies.


• Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of MES and Industry 4.0 and participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.


• Develop training programs and provide training to internal teams on the use and implementation of MES and Industry 4.0 technologies .


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization .


• Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.


• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in MES and Industry 4.0 implementation and maintenance

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations

• Proven experience leading a team of experts in the areas of MES and Industry 4.0

• Hands-on experience with MES and Industry 4.0 technologies, such as SCADA, PLC, OPC UA, and data analytics tools • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
