We are searching for a Product Designer for bringing fresh perspectives and exceptional skills to our bag collections.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed sketches and digital illustrations, collaborating with the production team to bring prototypes to life.
  • Conduct trend research to stay ahead of market demands and inform design decisions.
  • Create detailed tech packs for manufacturing.
  • Develop and manage product costing to ensure profitability.
  • Provide practical instructions to master tailors for product creation.
  • Source materials and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Oversee vendor management to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Create mood boards and color boards to guide design concepts and themes.
  • Identify potential quality, production, and design issues, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualification:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, preferably in the Bag industry
  • Proven experience leading a design team and managing design projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Accessory Design or a related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production techniques.
  • Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow a Time and Action plan to ensure project timelines are met.
