Job Title: Cyber Ark Developer or Engineer Preferred Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad Job Summary: The Cyber Ark Developer/Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cyber Ark implementations and a solid understanding of PAM best practices. This role involves collaborating with security architects, administrators, and other developers to enhance the security posture of the organization by developing secure and scalable Cyber Ark solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement Cyber Ark solutions, including password vaulting, session management, and privileged access controls. • Configure and customize Cyber Ark components such as Vault, CPM (Central Policy Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), and AIM (Application Identity Manager). • Develop and maintain automated scripts for onboarding privileged accounts, rotating credentials, and managing Cyber Ark policies. • Integrate Cyber Ark with other security tools and enterprise systems, including Active Directory, SIEM, ticketing systems, and cloud environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cyber Ark implementations, providing support for security incidents. • Perform upgrades and patch management for Cyber Ark components, ensuring the environment remains secure and compliant. • Participate in the development of PAM policies, standards, and best practices to align with regulatory requirements. • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to other developers, and ensure code quality and security standards are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver Cyber Ark solutions that meet business and security needs. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures. • Stay current with Cyber Ark product updates, new features, and emerging PAM technologies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of experience working with Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management solutions. • Strong understanding of PAM concepts and best practices, including credential management, session monitoring, and least privilege. • Hands-on experience with Cyber Ark components such as Vault, CPM, PSM, and AIM. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash for automation and integration tasks. • Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), databases, and web services (e.g., REST, SOAP). • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS). • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Cyber Ark API integration and development. • Knowledge of cloud-based environments and integrating Cyber Ark with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Cyber Ark certification (e.g., Cyber Ark Certified Delivery Engineer, Cyber Ark Defender) is a plus. • Understanding of Dev Ops practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines for PAM deployment. • Familiarity with other IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., Beyond Trust, Thycotic, Hashi Corp Vault) is preferred.
