Job Title: Creative Director – 3D Visualization & WalkthroughsLocation: HSR Layout, BengaluruDepartment: Creative / VisualizationEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout archViarchVi is a pioneer in PropTech visualization , creating cutting-edge 3D renders, walkthrough videos, and immersive experiences for India’s top real estate developers.We combine architecture, design, and storytelling to transform how properties are visualized and experienced by homebuyers.Trusted by industry leaders like Brigade, Puravankara, Shriram, Sumadhura, Concorde, and more , archVi continues to redefine how design and technology come together in real estate marketing.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Creative Director who can lead the creative vision for all 3D renders, animations, and walkthrough videos .The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and art director , with deep experience in concept visualization, camera planning, and cinematic direction for architectural walkthroughs.You will be responsible for guiding creative concepts from storyboard to final output — ensuring every project reflects artistic excellence, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Concept DevelopmentLead the creative direction for all 3D visualization and walkthrough projects.Develop storyboards, visual scripts, and camera movement plans that align with project objectives and client vision.Collaborate with project managers, 3D artists, and animation teams to conceptualize impactful visual narratives.Drive innovation in lighting, mood, color, and cinematic storytelling for renders and videos.Art Direction & Quality ControlOversee the creative and visual quality of 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animation projects .Ensure consistent design language, composition, and detailing across all projects.Guide the team on framing, shot composition, and storytelling flow.Review and approve visuals before client submission or final delivery.Team Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with creative leads, animators, and production teams to maintain timelines and creative standards.Provide mentorship and feedback to the visualization and animation team to enhance output quality.Bridge communication between creative, technical, and client-facing teams.Client & Project InteractionParticipate in client meetings to understand creative expectations and present storyboards or visual directions.Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies for the production team.Ensure all creative outputs align with the client’s brand tone and project objectives.Requirements7–12 years of experience in 3D visualization, animation, or creative direction (preferably in architecture, real estate, or design studios ).Proven experience as an Art Director / Creative Director in architectural walkthroughs or animation-based projects .Strong understanding of 3D visualization workflows , including modeling, lighting, rendering, and post-production.Expertise in storyboarding, shot design, and cinematic storytelling .Working knowledge of tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, Lumion, After Effects, or similar .Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Creative vision with a strong sense of design aesthetics and detail.Why Join archViBe at the forefront of real estate storytelling through advanced 3D visualization.Lead a talented creative team shaping premium architectural films and renders.Work with top-tier developers and visionary marketing teams.Creative freedom to innovate, explore, and redefine how architecture is experienced.How to ApplySend your portfolio and resume to : HSR Layout, Bengaluru
