India (remote / non-tier 1 cities welcome) Experience: 1-4 years (growth, automation, or technical GTM ops) At Staple, we’re not building just another SaaS product. We’re building the trust layer for enterprise AI. Think data preparation, data governance and automation all-in-one. Staple AI helps global enterprises, including government departments financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies automate document workflows with a new data standard that enjoys all the benefits of AI but also carries its own provenance and compliance metadata. We’re now scaling fast, and we need an engineer who can weaponize automation to bring in the next wave of enterprise leads. This is for someone who can engineer scale: an operator who understands that modern GTM is a data and automation problem, not a marketing one. Your job: build and run the systems that generate, qualify, and convert leads at machine speed. Build an AI-augmented GTM stack : integrate HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and LLM-based personalization engines. Automate lead sourcing and enrichment: identify companies by signals (funding, hiring, regulatory changes, compliance deadlines). Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, X) that feel human, not spammy. Engineer feedback loops between marketing, product, and sales data to refine targeting. Deploy LLM agents that generate and test outbound messaging variations at scale. 1–4 years in growth engineering, sales ops, or GTM automation. ~ Fluent with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines (Zapier, n8n, Airbyte, or custom Python). ~ Comfortable working with HubSpot / Salesforce / Apollo / Outreach integrations. ~ Some familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or marketing automation using AI. ~ Analytical brain + engineering mindset: you’d rather automate than manually run a campaign. ~ Yours will be data and automation. You’ll be building the machine that brings in the next 100 enterprise accounts and eventually, the blueprint for how AI-driven GTM is done globally. This is a contract role to begin with. If you deliver results that meet (or exceed) expectations, the contract will be extended or this will convert to a full-time role.
