We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior ISO Consultant to join our team and support our clients in their journey towards ISO compliance.

Role Overview:

As a Junior ISO Consultant, you will work closely with our senior consultants and clients to assist in implementing and maintaining ISO standards. You will play a key role in helping organizations streamline their processes, improve efficiency, and achieve compliance with various ISO standards, such as ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), and other Information Security frameworks like SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPEDA etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to identify insights and trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information to clients and colleagues.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly, Word Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies, and technologies.

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance with ISO standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of ISO management systems, including documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to provide guidance and training to client staff on ISO standards and best practices.
  • Participate in internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and prepare audit reports.
  • Help maintain and update ISO documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in preparing clients for external audits and certification processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of ISO standards.
  • Stay updated on changes to ISO standards and industry best practices.
