The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce technologies and a proven track record in consulting, sales enablement, and practice development. This role reports to executive leadership (e.g., VP of Consulting or CIO) and collaborates closely with sales, delivery, and product teams.Required QualificationsExperience: 15+ years in IT/consulting, with at least 10 years in Salesforce specific roles (e.g., architect, consultant, or practice lead). Proven success in driving global Salesforce business growth and meeting revenue targets.Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Force.com Platform, MuleSoft, and integrations.
