We Are Hiring: Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) | Top Global Healthcare Technology Company Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) - Cloud & Io T Solutions Location : Bangalore/Hybrid (India) Experience : 14+ Years (10+ Years in Cloud Engineering, 3+ Years in Java & AWS) Role Overview : This position is responsible for designing and developing complex cloud-based solutions, particularly leveraging AWS , Io T , Kubernetes , and Java-based microservices . The individual will act as a technical leader , driving the architecture, scalability, and performance of products in alignment with the roadmap. Technical Skills Required : AWS : EC2, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, SQS, Cloud Watch, Io T Core, Greengrass, EKS. Io T : Knowledge of AWS Io T technologies. Kubernetes/Docker : Experience in containerizing applications. Java & Spring Boot : For backend services and microservices . Security : Understanding of IAM, VPC, network security. Architecture Design : Ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities : Cloud Architecture & Implementation : Design and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, SQS). Implement Io T solutions with AWS Io T Core and Greengrass . Manage Kubernetes-based applications using Docker . Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot . System Optimization & Troubleshooting : Monitor and optimize cloud systems for performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications . Collaboration & Documentation : Collaborate with development , Dev Ops , and security teams . Create documentation (architecture diagrams, deployment scripts, operational procedures). Security & Compliance : Implement cloud security best practices (IAM, VPC, network security). Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest AWS , Io T , Kubernetes , and Java technologies . Suggest system and process improvements. Mentorship & Guidance : Mentor junior team members, provide technical direction , and support. Conduct code reviews , offer constructive feedback, and promote best practices. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field. Experience : 14+ years in cloud engineering . Proven experience with AWS services (EKS, S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, SQS, Cloud Watch). 10+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend and microservices development. Business Acumen : Ability to navigate organizational structures and anticipate obstacles. Engage customers and articulate business value. Present functional information using storytelling concepts. Leadership Skills : Lead cross-functional teams, including third-party and customer teams . Change management experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate.
