About Nemexi Nemexi Industries Private Limited is a next-generation manufacturer of high-purity excipients designed to meet global quality and compliance standards.Our facility, developed in alignment with WHO-GMP and EXCi PACT guidelines, features powder and liquid production lines supported by a dedicated R&D division focused on continuous innovation.Tagline: Excipients Engineered for Excellence.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and hands-on R&D Scientist to support the establishment and day-to-day operations of Nemexi’s Research & Development function at our Boisar facility.The selected candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory-scale trials, validating excipient processes, maintaining documentation, and coordinating closely with our technical consultants for process guidance and optimization.This is a core technical role within Nemexi’s growing excipient manufacturing business, offering significant learning and future leadership potential.Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and maintaining the R&D laboratory, equipment, and documentation systems.Conduct hands-on bench-scale and pilot-scale experiments for process validation, crystallization, drying, and analytical development.Perform analytical testing using HPLC, FTIR, GC, UV-Vis, KF, and related techniques.Maintain accurate experimental records, validation data, and GMP-aligned documentation.Collaborate with external Process Consultants for process design, troubleshooting, and technology
