Experience:
• Degree or Diploma with 5 years of experience in the field
Candidate Profile:
Preparing BOQ’s & BOM from drawings, Cost estimation and BBS.
Knowledge of Indian Standard codes and thumb rules.
Basic knowledge of Auto CAD.
Job Responsibilities
Measurement of the quantity from drawings as per Indian Standard Codes.
Prepare and reconcile accurate cost estimates of buildings based on market rates / Schedule of Rates/CPWD/PWD with supporting take off sheets.
Prepare accurate bill of quantities, bill of materials, tender and contract documents, rate analysis and BBS.
Ensure checking of Contactor/Sub Contractor/Vendor Bills as per the work order.
