Greetings from Tech Mahindra Recruitment Team Here the basic details : Job Specification : Experience : 5+ Years Location : Hyderabad Only. JD: Experience: 1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning with NLP, with at least 1-2 years focused on generative AI and RAG systems. 2. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and optimization techniques. Proficiency in building RAG systems and integrating retrieval mechanisms with generative models. Technical Skills: 1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. 2. Experience with deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Hugging Face. 3. Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and sequence-to-sequence models. 4. Proficiency with LLM orchestration frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar tools. Expertise with LLM Models, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and different vector databases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generative AI & RAG Model Development: Lead the development, training, and deployment of generative AI and RAG architectures. Utilize advanced chunking , transformation, summarization and retrieval mechanisms to augment generation and improve the relevance and accuracy of model outputs. 2. Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve model performance and ensure high-quality outputs. Implement techniques such as few-shot learning and contextual embeddings to fine-tune model behavior. 3. LLM Framework Proficiency: Utilize frameworks like Lang Chain to orchestrate complex language model workflows, integrate retrieval systems, and build scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Model Validation & Evaluation: Develop robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance against key metrics such as accuracy, coherence, relevance, and bias. Conduct systematic testing and validation to ensure model robustness and reliability. Conduct experiments to determine which prompts generate the best results for various tasks.
