Miracle Minds is a community committed to empowering children and fostering growth in all aspects of their development.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing therapy plans, and monitoring progress. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with other therapists, parents, and caregivers to provide comprehensive support tailored to each child’s needs. They will also contribute to raising awareness about speech and language development while maintaining documentation and staying updated on the latest evidence-based practices.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in diagnosing and treating Speech DisordersExperience with Dysphagia and Communication DisordersStrong understanding and ability to address Language DisordersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teamsLicensure as a Speech Language PathologistFamiliarity with pediatric therapy and development-focused approaches is an advantageCompassionate, patient-centered approach to therapyGraduation in BASLPFreshers
