We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where we take initiative, learn, and wears multiple hats to deliver efficiency and excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a 6-month contract with full-time extension. Hybrid role with on-site requirement (located in Santacruz, Mumbai). It involves contributing to the development, testing and operations of innovative medical devices within a dynamic start-up environment. The engineer will engage in multiple stages of the product life cycle, from design, prototyping to quality assurance, thus supporting the creation of safe and effective healthcare solutions. Candidates with 0–4 years in industry are encouraged to apply. Salary commensurate with experienceResponsibilitiesPerform 3D printing and rapid prototyping to develop and iterate medical device componentsConduct quality validation testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsAssist in assembly and operations for medical device productionQualificationsExpertise in Mechanical Engineering principlesExperience in Research and Development (R&D)Experience in V&V and Quality TestingSkills in Failure AnalysisStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsUnderstanding of manufacturing & operationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Design, or a related fieldExperience in the medical device industry is a plus
