The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in scripting, Dev Ops tools, cloud environments, and enterprise-grade automation frameworks to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple platforms and systems.- Develop integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors.- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support deployment automation.- Build and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.- Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and best practices.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes for performance and scalability.- Document processes, solutions, and architectural designs.Required Skills & Experience:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.- 6+ years of experience in automation engineering, Dev Ops, or platform integration roles.- Strong scripting skills: Python, Power Shell, or Bash.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops).- Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, or GKE).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).- Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).- Exposure to API integrations (REST, SOAP, Graph QL).- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Service Now, Jira, or ITSM platform automation.- Knowledge of RPA tools (Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).- Experience with Sonar Qube integration in pipelines.- Familiarity with security automation (Dev Sec Ops).Soft Skills:- Strong analytical and logical thinking.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.- Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.What We Believe InAt Cprime we believe in facilitating social justice action internally, in industry, and within our communities.
