We are seeking a passionate Assistant Growth Manager with 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies. The ideal candidate will drive our company's growth through strategic customer acquisition and retention efforts, manage multiple sales channels, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. online platforms, retail partnerships) to maximize revenue and market penetration.
