Job Opportunity: Adobe Express Trainer
Duration: Till May 2025
Commitment: Everyday during school hours
About the Program: Aspire For Her is sourcing trainers for Adobe Express Training, for a program which was launched by Adobe aimed at empowering school students and teachers by enhancing their creative skills using it's product. We are looking for dynamic trainers to facilitate hands-on sessions, both online and in-person, to guide participants.
Note: Training materials will be provided for the trainers, no prior experience required in Adobe Express.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Guide participants in creating projects using various features like text-to-image and other design tools.
- Provide step-by-step instructions on login, navigation, and project creation.
- Ensure participants are comfortable with the platform and offer support in completing their projects.
- Assess the learning outcomes and assist with project submissions.
- Maintain effective communication with school SPOCs and the program management team.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach and guide school students and teachers effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for managing attendance and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for in-person sessions
