We are looking for a Mid-Level Video Editor & Videographer with strong experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will not only edit high-quality video content but also have hands-on experience with video shooting and equipment. This role requires a blend of technical video editing skills and videography expertise to create engaging, high-quality video content, especially for brand platforms and social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing : Edit and produce polished video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Videography : Plan, set up, and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage for both scripted and live shoots.
  • Equipment Handling : Set up and operate video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, stabilizers) effectively and responsibly on location or in-studio.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team : Work closely with content creators, designers, and producers to capture the desired look, feel, and storytelling elements of each project.
  • Technical Enhancements : Apply color correction, sound syncing, and basic motion graphics to enhance video production quality.
  • Organization and Archiving : Manage and organize raw footage, edit sequences, and finalize video assets in a systematic way.

Requirements:

  • Experience : 3-5 years in professional video editing and videography, preferably within digital media, advertising, or a creative agency.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Basic knowledge of audio and lighting equipment.
  • Videography Proficiency : Strong understanding of video equipment setup, lighting techniques, and shooting styles to ensure high-quality footage.
  • Storytelling and Editing : Ability to convey narratives through visual storytelling, with a good sense of pacing and rhythm.
  • Attention to Detail : High accuracy in spotting and addressing issues in footage, color, and sound.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong time-management and multitasking abilities to balance filming and editing demands effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with DSLR, mirrorless, and professional video cameras.
  • Prior experience in content creation for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram and Linkedin).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
