The program focuses on advancing medical device connectivity, cyber risk management, and operational excellence through a modern, cloud-based application ecosystem built on Service Now and Azure.As the Technical Program Manager (TPM), you’ll play a central role in orchestrating this initiative—bridging business, engineering, and QA teams to deliver measurable impact. You’ll oversee a blended global delivery model, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consistent progress across agile teams.What You’ll Bring to the Table8+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or large-scale product initiatives.Proven track record in Agile project management, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-team coordination.Strong ability to translate technical execution into business value, with clear status reporting and risk management.Hands-on experience working with engineering and QA teams, including offshore delivery models.Familiarity with Service Now, Cloud technologies (preferably Azure), and data integration practices.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working directly with executives, technical leaders, and business owners.PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.What’s in It for YouOpportunity to lead a flagship digital initiative modernizing critical healthcare operations.Work in a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model, collaborating closely with teams in the U.
