ROLE: SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI)

LOCATION: PAN INDIA

YEAR OF EXP: 6 + YEARS


Roles & Responsibilities


· Define detailed blueprint for development requirements

· Provide business and functional Expertise for SAP FI module primarily

· Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams

· Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses.

· Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configuration for the SAP module and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.

· Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

· Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

· Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

· Design, customize, configure and testing of FI module

· Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

· Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.

· Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;

· Document functional designs, process flows, test cases and results.

· Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

· Develop functional and technical specifications for the delta design

· Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.

· Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives.

· Develop the data conversion template and formalize with the business users for the usage

· Drive Data Migration

· Provide support for data migration and validation activities during mock conversion and go live

· Provide support in defect resolution for SAP functional issues
