HIRING - Marketing Advertising Specialist Company: Brand Elite – Digital Marketing Company Location: Vijayanagar, Bangalore (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹3 – 4.2 LPA (based on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year About Us Brand Elite is a fast-growing digital marketing company based in Bangalore, helping businesses build a strong digital identity and achieve measurable results. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to join our team and drive high-ROI ad campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads . Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis . Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS ). Run A/B testing for ads, audiences, and creatives. Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages . Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads . Proficiency in Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, Tag Manager, and UTM setup . Solid understanding of campaign metrics, targeting, and optimization techniques. Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail. Good communication and reporting skills. Growth Opportunities Chance to lead the social media & ads team as you grow with the company.
