You will be responsible for building high-quality mobile apps for students, parents, teachers, and internal teams—integrated with our LMS, CRM, OPS, and NUNA AI ecosystem.Responsibilities:Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter or React NativeCollaborate with backend, frontend, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver smooth user experiencesIntegrate REST APIs, Firebase, WebSocket’s, and third-party librariesBuild responsive UI and animations for gamified learning experiencesEnsure app performance, reliability, and optimization across iOS and AndroidTroubleshot bugs, performance issues, and platform-specific problemsWrite clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practicesParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussionsWork on feature enhancements, refactoring, and architecture improvementsRequired Skills & Experience:1–3 years of proven experience in Flutter or React Native mobile app developmentStrong understanding of Dart or JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience with mobile app architecture (MVVM, Bloc, Redux, Riverpod, etc.)Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and backend communicationExperience with state management, secure storage, local DB (Hive/SQLite), and push notificationsKnowledge of Git, CI/CD, and version control workflowsAbility to write clean, reusable, modular, and testable codeStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):Experience in EdTech or multi-role dashboards (Student/Parent/Teacher)Familiarity with AI/ML or chatbot integration (OpenAI, Firebase ML, etc.)Prior experience using animation/Gamification librariesKnowledge of deployment to App Store & Play StoreFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
