It has a fast growing network of over 500 distributors across the region. Rollick’s product range includes a variety of ready to eat cups, sticks, cones, take home tubs and bulk packs. These products are available in more than 20,000 retail outlets and 600 pushcarts. Rollick has a unique range of products catering to all tastes and preferences. Selling within a price range of Rs 5-50 for a single consumption pack, the aim is to be affordable by all. Visit distributors and retailers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility. Expand market coverage by appointing new retailers and improving distribution. Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the team. Ensure proper execution of schemes, promotions, and merchandising at outlets. Maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. Review secondary & primary sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure timely collection of payments from the market. Requirements: Graduation preferred. 1–4 years of sales experience in FMCG (food/beverage/personal care). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local market and distributor handling. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
