The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for processing credentialing and re-credentialing applications of healthcare providers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date credentialing files, verifying providers' credentials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with healthcare providers and organizations to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely credentialing processes.QualificationsKnowledge of credentialing processes and compliance requirementsExperience with maintaining up-to-date credentialing files and verifying providers' credentialsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyUnderstanding of healthcare provider and organization standardsProficiency in relevant software and technology toolsBachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
