If you're someone who can open doors with brands and bring in fresh business across digital, ATL/BTL, and creative mandates, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new clients with creative and advertising requirements.
• Understand brand challenges and propose customized creative and marketing solutions.
• Pitch Schbang's services – digital campaigns, video production, social media content, branding, design, influencer marketing, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing heads and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to craft compelling proposals.
• Track leads, follow up, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Stay up to date with advertising trends, industry news, and competitive landscape.What We're Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital/creative agency or media/ad sales background.
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients for creative and advertising requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and understand brand needs.
• Self-starter with a passion for advertising and marketing.
