Head of mobile- affiliate marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive mobile affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across our mobile apps.
Affiliate Network Management: Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing affiliate partners globally, focusing on both existing and new channels.
Campaign Optimization: Oversee and optimize affiliate campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs such as installs, conversions, and ROI. Use A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance, including affiliate performance metrics, traffic sources, and conversion rates. Report on key performance indicators and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
Partner Relations: Build strong relationships with top affiliates, providing them with support, resources, and guidance to help them achieve optimal performance.
Budget & P&L Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI on affiliate partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, data analytics, and creative teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader business objectives and campaigns.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile marketing and affiliate strategies, bringing innovative ideas to the table to improve campaign effectiveness and affiliate relations.
Qualifications:
Exp Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile affiliate marketing, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Demonstrated success in driving mobile app user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through affiliate programs.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, create reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and nurture relationships with external partners.
Proficiency with mobile marketing tools, affiliate networks, tracking software, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Apps Flyer, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or mobile app industry is a plus.
Knowledge of various affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.).
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
