Our Partner Business Model is a core growth driver, where we work closely with logistics partners to expand adoption and business across India. We are looking for a Senior Manager – Partner Business to lead the sales and client engagement function for our partner segment. This role is crucial for driving client retention, business continuity, and year-on-year growth, while also expanding our market share by onboarding clients from competitor platforms.

Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners and fleet owners.
Ensure business continuity and year-on-year revenue growth from existing client base.
Manage the entire sales cycle for the partner business segment.
Drive cross-selling and upselling of solutions within the partner ecosystem.
Develop a strong understanding of Axestrack’s telematics and IoT solutions (GPS tracking, Dashcams and video telematics, fleet management software, etc.) Work closely with Support, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.

8–10 years of proven experience in business development and direct sales.
~ Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA degree will be a plus. .
~ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across support and technical functions to address client needs, with flexibility to interact with partners pan-India.
~ Be part of a leading digital logistics solutions provider.
