Key Responsibilities: Manage QA efforts across multiple parallel projectsDefine, implement, and manage comprehensive test strategies and test plansDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Test NG, or CypressConduct end-to-end API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SwaggerPerform performance/load testing using tools such as JMeter or equivalentEnsure integration of test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, etc.)Own and manage the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA or Azure Dev OpsCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align expectationsMentor and coach junior QA engineers, ensuring adherence to QA best practices and standardsMaintain clear documentation of test plans, cases, results, and QA metrics.Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience in QAStrong knowledge of manual testing, functional, UI, and regression testingProficiency in test automation with frameworks like Selenium, Test NG, or CypressExperience in REST API testing using Postman, Swagger, or scripting with Rest AssuredHands-on experience with JMeter or equivalent performance testing toolsFamiliar with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions)Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycleExposure to Agile/Scrum environmentsExcellent communication, reporting, and team collaboration skillsPreferred/ Optional Skills:Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)Experience with test case management tools like Test Rail or ZephyrExposure to security testing or accessibility compliance
