As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at 5paisa, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our trading platforms and infrastructure. Ensure the reliability and availability of trading platforms, order management systems, and other critical infrastructure used for trading operations.
Optimize system performance to ensure low-latency trading and fast order execution.
Monitoring and Incident Response:
Develop and implement monitoring solutions to detect anomalies, performance degradation, and system failures.
Respond to incidents promptly and effectively to minimize impact on trading operations.
Deployment and Release Management:
~ Manage deployment pipelines and release processes for trading systems, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments with minimal disruption to trading operations.

Implement security best practices and compliance measures to protect trading systems and customer data from unauthorized access.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by SEBI and other regulatory bodies.
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in trading operations.

Capacity Planning:
~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
~2+ Years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
~ Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
~ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
~ Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
