The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both ad agencies and the education sector, understanding how to blend creative strategies with measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Email & Social Media Marketing.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.- Manage social media presence and create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team.- Assist in lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization strategies.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.- Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in ad agencies and education sector.- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools.- Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is preferred.- Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.- Excellent communication, team coordination, and analytical skills.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO preferred.
