Key Responsibilities Develop the creative execution, ensuring the outputs meet the high standards of the studio Oversee multiple projects / workstreams Work with existing clients to explore new opportunities and projects Contribute to external initiatives and promotion of the agency Inspire the rest of the studio through their initiative and best practices Occasional travel to client sites across the globe Managing, mentoring and line managing the team, making sure regular 1-2-1’s and reviews are completed for team development .
