•Building & scaling full-funnel campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF) using real strategy — not guesswork

•Testing ad creatives (you'll work with designers/video editors, but you'll lead the ideas & structure)

•Producing clear weekly reports and being accountable for the numbers⸻You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
•Are highly analytical and confident with maths — you love numbers and logic
•Can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends and projections
•Have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative
•Have at least 1–2 years' experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record
•Understand key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS — and how to optimise them
