We got off to a fast start and have already been funded with some of the most amazing D2C disruptors in the country. As you can imagine we need more rock stars to help us continue the pace as we have high hopes for our future.

Responsibilities:


  • Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order fulfilment
  • Managing logistics and coordinating with courier partners.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.
  • Generating MIS reports related to logistics, inventory, orders and other operations.
  • Processing B2B orders and coordinating with logistics.
  • Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics.
  • To keep inventories up to date, record daily shipments and deliveries.
  • Reconciliation of invoices relating to operations and logistics.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an E-commerce D2C environment with product listing and inventory management is essential.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate MIS reports.
  • Proficient in MS Excel- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc (Formulas and commands)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
  • Prior experience in team working and leadership.
  • Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a must with at least 4-7 year of experience.
  • The individual should be self-motivated & up to the quality level of task fulfilment
