Position Title - Sales Executive - (Clinical Diagnostics)
The role holder is responsible for managing the Sales of Clinical Diagnostics Molecular products including RT PCR, MLPA, Cytogenetic Media, and NGS kits in the territory designated to him to increase Sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client relationships.
Job Location: Bangalore
Job Description
● Responsible for sales and collection targets in his/her territory
● Regular customer visits
● Creating New customers / establishing new business
● Monitoring sales prospectus
● Coordination with the Application Support team regarding complaint resolution and sample handling
● Strong verbal & written English communication.
● Self-motivated & good Negotiation skills
● Market development through CMEs / Workshops/ Conferences
● On-time reports on competitor activity and other reports required by the Group Head
Job Requirement:
● Candidate should have technical knowledge of Diagnostics Products, preferably Molecular Diagnostics.
● Should be a quick learner to perform sales process in Diagnostic Labs, Corporate Hospitals, Govt Tenders
● Should have a good customer service attitude and be willing to travel.
● Self-starter with minimum guidelines needed in performing the task.
● Good Communication and able to express and set right expectation with customers.
● Candidates with high integrity will be preferred.
Desired Skills:
Good proven written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to work independently, as well as with cross-functional teams
Experience:
2–5 years (Freshers may apply)
Qualifications
Science graduate (BSc/MSc) preferred Pathology, Microbiology
