We’re seeking for an exceptional Anaplan Solution Architect to join our client dynamic team . This role is perfect for an experienced Anaplanner looking to make a big impact by enhancing and optimizing financial planning, forecasting, and business processes through the power of Anaplan. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Anaplan Consultant with experience in solution implementation. The candidate will play a key role in Anaplan model solutioning and implementations, optimizing business planning processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions. This role offers hands-on experience and professional growth in the enterprise performance management (EPM) and planning ecosystem.Location : Gurugram/BangaloreKey ResponsibilitySolution Architect : Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models that align with business requirements and best practicesData Integration: Work with data sources and collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with Anaplan modelsRequirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping and ability to transform the requirements into multi-dimensional modelsTesting & Validation: Support testing efforts, conduct model validations, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and model accuracyTraining & Documentation: Provide training to end-users, prepare user guides, and document model functionalities and configurationsProcess Optimization: Identify opportunities for model improvements, automation, and efficiency gainsStakeholder Engagement: Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their planning needs and providing technical solutionsQualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field or Chartered Accountant / MBA FinanceExperience: 6+years of Anaplan Solution Architecture experience (with exposure to minimum 2 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan)Anaplan Certification: Anaplan Solution ArchitectTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan and understanding of multi-dimensional modeling; basic knowledge of Excel, data integration tools, or ETL processes is a plusAnalytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracySoft Skills: Good interpersonal skills, effective communicator, and a team player capable of working in a dynamic environmentExcel: Moderate skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts etcPreferred SkillsStrong client-facing skills, must be organized and detail-orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workloadFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologiesExperience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
