Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to shape and elevate Codju's digital experience. As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in designing Codju’s platform, creating user-friendly course interfaces, and crafting engaging experiences for our students and educators. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and content teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interactions that drive learning engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine Codju's platform interface, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly course designs and interactive modules.
- Conduct user research to understand student and educator needs and incorporate findings into UX/UI designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving user requirements.
- Ensure consistent and intuitive UX across Codju’s various digital products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your work on digital products.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for education and a user-centered design approach.
