Position Overview:
As a Face.boo.k and Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing high-performance ad campaigns, analyzing results, and using data to optimize future strategies. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to align ad content with the brand's vision and target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Optimization: Plan, create, and manage Face.boo.k and Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversions.
Audience Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to identify and reach potential customers.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the content and design teams to produce engaging and effective ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Reporting & Strategic Insights: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Face.boo.k and Google Ads to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Face.boo.k and Google Ads Specialist, ideally with a background in digital marketing for eCommerce or fashion brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices for paid advertising campaigns.
Proficiency with Face.boo.k Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
A creative mindset with an eye for detail, especially when it comes to ad design and messaging.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Preferred:
Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
Experience working with eCommerce brands or fashion industry clients.
