JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role : UI/UX DESIGNER
No of Vacancies : 04
Job location : Mumbai
Req. Experienc: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities : Work with Indian Navy personnel to accomplish their Design Requirements such as understanding of business functionalities and development of software products for web application of human resource management applications.
Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline ( preferably information technology background)
Skills : Must have a compelling UX design portfolio exhibiting strong UX design process and interactive prototyping skills proficient with following design tools.
* Adobe Suite(XD, Photoshop, illustrator)
* Sketch, FIGMA, in vision or Axure and also familiar with interactive information visualization tools like Tableau, Vega, D3.js.
* MS office(PowerPoint, word, excel)
Domain Knowledge
* Attention to detail, aesthetic visual design sense, must be able to apply hands-on knowledge of UX Design Principles and laws and must be up to date UI trends and interaction patterns.
* Drive User Research and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior to create detailed personas, user journey, user scenarios and interaction patterns.
* Strategize, adopt, develop and extend the Design System(Icons, Typography UI elements) and pattern libraries by coming up with new innovative solutions that are specific to WESEE"s requirements.
* Work closely with a cross-disciplinary team including product Designers, Engineers, Scientist and navy officials.
* rapid prototyping from wireframing to high fidelity interactive prototypes ready for development. Design User-centered interactive Dashboards/Data Visualizations.
* Deliver detailed design flows and specifications within complex applications. A good understanding of front-end principles to guide the team for smooth translation of design to development.
* Good communication skills, compelling storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders of varied backgrounds.
