We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.Responsibilities:What you’ll do?Partner with a cross-functional team to conceive novel ML/AI solutions tailored to healthcare challenges.Own the Proof-of-Concept phase: design experiments, build prototypes, validate impact, and present early wins to stakeholders.Build and manage production ready ML models by integrating Python/R analyses with SQL pipelines and intuitive front- and back-ends.Turn custom ML/AI models and analyses into reusable “products” for multiple clients.Serve as the point of contact—no offshore/onshore handoffs.
