Job Role : Connect Specialist
Years of Experience : 3-7 Years
Location : Mumbai/Bangalore
As a Connect Specialist Engineer at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for building contact center solutions with Amazon Connect and other Contact Centre services.
Must have skills:
AWS Connect Deployments: Proven track record of deploying and managing AWS Connect instances in both production and non-production environments, utilizing CI/CD pipelines for automation and efficiency.
AWS Solution Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and implementing high-availability, disaster recovery, and globally resilient architectures using AWS services.
IAM Best Practices: Deep understanding of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, roles, and permissions, with a strong emphasis on security best practices and integration.
Encryption: Proficiency in AWS encryption services and best practices for data protection, both at rest and in transit.
Storage: In-depth knowledge of AWS storage solutions, including S3, EFS, and Glacier, with experience in optimizing storage for performance and cost.
Nice to have Skills:
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitLab for automating AWS.
Monitoring and Logging: Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, or ELK Stack for maintaining the health and performance of AWS Connect environments.
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, ensuring continuous improvement and integration within the AWS ecosystem.
Professional Experience:
Enterprise Deployment: Demonstrated ability to independently drive and manage work streams for large-scale enterprise deployments of AWS Connect.
Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Strong team player with experience working in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving consensus.
Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
Attention to detail: High attention to detail, particularly in the development of scenarios in support of test cases.
Certifications and Education:
AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred) / AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
