Job Summary : Network Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining

and monitoring the local and wide area networks of an organization to ensure maximum uptime. The role includes designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary. They need to have strong troubleshooting skills and be able to work with others to resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities

1) Develops, maintains and provides support for Network and communication systems of the organization.

2) Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment, including Cisco Meraki-routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, Meraki access points, etc. to maximize network efficiency and security.

3) Performing network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, firmware, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

4) Evaluates and monitors the security of the network and communication systems and implements policies and procedures in liaison with the security team.

5) Provides technical support by responding to escalated incidents, questions and concerns of the staff related to the systems, timely manner.

6) Monitoring system resource utilization and network performance and performing optimizations wherever necessary.

7) Communicating timely and effectively with vendors, others in the work unit, and departments; relating to work assignments, progress of work or to convey information about conditions or work-related needs.

8) evaluates, recommends, and deploys hardware and software systems.

9) facilitates training and workshops for the end-user.

10) Keeps up to date with the latest software and technology developments.

11) performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification: Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, networks, or a related field.

Maximum: Master's degree in science, networks, or a related field. Network

certifications preferred. Minimum - CCNA and good is CCNP Years of Work

Experience: 4 -7 years, in Azure Active Directory O365 admin and intune management

Immediate joiner preferred
