Department: AI & Automation # ; Company: StratAgile – Global Digital Transformation Partner We're looking for a passionate Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and automation to help us build the next generation of AI-driven systems. You will work across backend engineering, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation using state-of-the-art AI frameworks. Develop and maintain Python-based backend components and automation scripts Engineer and deploy LLM-based agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI , or similar Design multi-agent architectures for intelligent automation and decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, and engineering teams Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AI pipelines Strong Python proficiency (preferably with Async, FastAPI, Flask, or Django) Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks Knowledge of vector databases ( Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS ) Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms ( AWS/GCP/Azure ) Solid understanding of software engineering principles and algorithms Experience with Docker and CI/CD ML Ops experience A builder at heart who enjoys problem-solving and automation Keen to stay updated with the latest in LLMs and AI technologies
