The performance, reliability, and capability of our software play a critical role in the value we deliver to our customers.We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance firmware that works seamlessly with our in-house designed hardware. Our products operate in extreme environmental conditions , requiring robust, high-quality, real-time embedded software.Key Responsibilities Design and develop embedded firmware for real-time applicationsImplement embedded software in C for ARM-based microcontrollersWork with RTOS such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr , or similarMaintain and enhance existing embedded software to support component changes and new featuresEnsure software quality through code reviews, static analysis, unit testing , and adherence to coding standardsCreate and maintain software documentation , including design notes and test plansCollaborate closely with hardware engineers for processor selection, board bring-up, and integrationSupport testing, debugging, and validation of embedded systems on real hardwareKey Requirements Essential Experience with embedded C (ANSI C)Hands-on experience with ARM-based microcontrollers (Renesas ARM MCU preferred)Working knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar)Have working knowledge of AWS IoT Core .Understanding of real-time embedded systemsAbility to debug embedded systems using JTAG/debuggersGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologiesDesirable (Added Advantage) Experience in safety-critical applications (medical, automotive, aviation, etc.)Familiarity with toolchains such as E2 Studio, Keil uVision, Segger Embedded Studio , or similarKnowledge of communication protocols (GSM, Bluetooth).Knowledge of serial communication protocols (UART, RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C, CAN)Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and serial analyzersBasic knowledge of C++Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering , or equivalentWhy Join Us Work on challenging embedded products used in real-world environmentsExposure to full product lifecycle—from design to deploymentCollaborative engineering culture with strong technical learning opportunities
