Also shares writing responsibilities with the Copywriters and Senior Copywriters he/she supervises to help manage the day-to-day workload. They are expected to bring a fresh perspective to the table, especially with regards to social media formats, digital campaigns, and pop culture events (local and global). Assists Associate Creative Director/Creative Director in maintaining agency creative vision. Proactively researches and develops innovative options for brand tactics. internal campaigns, sales rep programs, booth draws, and new media). Provides detailed direction and supervision to Copywriters and Senior Copywriters. (Conducts continuous performance reviews of direct reports. (copy to be read thoroughly) meets brand objective. Assists the ACD and peers in vendor sourcing and management. Assist ACD/AD to define and assembles all necessary content assets with the creative staff. Participates in client strategic meetings, war rooms, market research, and work plan development and is able to present ideas and creative solutions comfortably Works as Project Manager on projects assigned to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget and quality.
