He should execute and manage different marketing communication, VM and BTL activities across stores for assigned state(s). Job Description - Plan & implement yearly calendar incorporating regional festivals Plan and execute BTL activities to drive footfalls and increase sales at our stores Timely execution of Quality BTL Concepts & Constant innovation in thinking and approach for conducting BTL activities Detailed planning and execution of New Store launches keeping the catchment nuisances in mind Customize plans for each city/zone as per requirements of the business Work on planning & execution with the BTL agencies, event agencies, etc. Manage annual marketing budget and maintain strong budgetary controls. Manage and drive all marketing initiatives with agencies and internal teams (Buying & Merchandising, Operations, Visual Merchandising) Oversee brand alliances to ensure leverage in terms of new customer acquisition To follow the Brand guidelines and suggest some creative solutions which the BTL / Content approach better.
