Are an experienced Delivery Manager to join our SAAS company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client integrations, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to a live environment, and managing the end-to-end delivery process.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (B. Tech) or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivery management, integration experience, and program management in the tech industry.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SAAS solutions and integration processes.
Have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like…
Accurately document and validate client use case requirements, securing client approval on use case flow diagrams.
Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to the integration phase, achieving timely project completion.
Coordinate with internal product and tech teams to manage and resolve internal dependencies efficiently.
Prepare comprehensive integration documents to facilitate seamless client onboarding, ensuring high-quality documentation.
Create and execute detailed project plans, adhering to project deliverable timelines.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution meets client requirements and provide extensive support during the initial post-go-live period, minimizing issues.
Prepare detailed handover documents for Customer Success Managers, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer.
Gather and analyze feedback from clients post-onboarding to improve the delivery process continuously.
Implement process improvements based on feedback and lessons learned to enhance overall delivery efficiency.
