We building our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) capabilities and are looking for a strategic leader to establish and grow this practice.Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head our SFCC Technology Practice. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing best practices for SFCC across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and excellence in our delivery. The ideal candidate will be one of the top SFCC thought leaders in India, with a deep understanding of SFCC implementation, operations, including SFRA and PWAkit implementations. They will also have experience converting to or from SFCC and other e-comm platforms.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute a roadmap for Photon’s SFCC capability growth, including hiring, training, and partnerships.Oversee large-scale SFCC programs, ensuring alignment with client business goals and Photon’s delivery standards.Act as escalation point for critical delivery issues across SFCC engagements.Partner with
