Prepare and present sample boards and design proposals to clients.
Design Development
Design creative solutions for various projects, including Corporate Offices, Interiors, Hospitality, and Residential spaces.
Develop detailed working drawings, designs, plans, and 3 D models using CAD software and other design tools.
Research materials, finishes, and trends to align with client requirements and budget constraints.
Collaboration and Supervision
Collaborate with architects, quantity surveyors, and other design professionals to optimize space utilization.
Supervise design implementation during the project execution phase.
Work closely with on-site teams to ensure design adherence.
Cost Management
Estimate project costs and ensure compliance with set budgets.
Negotiate project fees and oversee material procurement.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Promote design services to potential clients.
Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on new developments, industry best practices, and design trends.
Research and incorporate evolving industry standards into projects.
Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Creativity and a strong eye for detail.
Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Experience:
Proven experience working on Corporate Offices, Hospitality, Residential, or Interiors projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, costs, and space utilization.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Work Experience:
5+ years of design experience
