Job Description:

We seek experienced and creative Shopify and WordPress Theme Developers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, a passion for creating custom, pixel-perfect themes, and the ability to deliver user-friendly, high-performance websites tailored to client needs.

Roles & Responsibility

• Custom Theme Development: Develop responsive and visually appealing Shopify and WordPress themes from scratch.
• Optimization: Ensure themes are optimized for performance, speed, and SEO across all devices.
• Customizations: Implement advanced theme customizations, functionalities, and plugins/extensions as per project requirements.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Develop themes that function seamlessly across multiple browsers and devices.
• Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide post-launch support, updates, and troubleshooting for existing themes and websites.
• Best Practices: Follow coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for clean and reusable code.

Qualification

• Proven experience in custom Shopify and WordPress theme development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid (for Shopify).
• Hands-on experience with PHP for WordPress development.
• Familiarity with WordPress theme hierarchy, hooks, filters, and custom post types.
• Experience working with Shopify's Liquid templating language and Storefront API.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with page speed optimization and SEO-friendly coding.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for client/team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with headless CMS integrations and Shopify custom apps.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience working in e-commerce website development.
• Understanding of SEO optimization strategies for Shopify/WordPress.
